Private Yoga Sessions

1-on-1 sessions are a great way to develop a deeper understanding for yoga. After an initial consultation, each session is tailored to the needs of the individual and his or her goals.

 

New practitioners will establish a solid foundation in the essential asanas (poses) and gain knowledge about how to avoid injury while getting the most benefits from the practice (to strengthen, stretch and relax the body & mind).

 

Experienced practitioners will receive extensive hands-on assists in the poses and detailed alignment cues to bring his or her practice to the next level.
